Growing up in Brazil, I was surrounded by the modernist monumental shapes and forms of Oscar Niemeyer’s architecture. This was particularly true when it came to the summers I spent in Brasília visiting family. This city is the capital of Brazil and was designed in the 60’s by Niemeyer.

The following is a collection of surreal explorations created with Midjourney and heavily influenced by these memories and Niemeyer’s work.
